What is Quick Ship

QUICK SHIP PROGRAM

PROGRAM DETAILS
The Newport Brass and Brasstech Quick Ship items specifically indicated in this program are generally available for shipment within 14 calendar days from the date of order to date of shipment from the factory.

These orders follow all terms currently listed in the published terms and conditions page of our Quick Ship catalog.

For ease of shipment, these items should be ordered together, on a single purchase order.

If you combine Quick Ship and Non Quick Ship items on one order, your Quick Ship lead time may increase.

If the order is a "Ship Complete" order and the order has Quick Ship and Non-Quick Ship items on the same order, the Quick Ship items will not ship within the 14 calendar days, but will default to the longest lead time.

Non-Quick Ship lead times are as follows:

Brasstech items: 28 calendar days

Newport Brass items: 42 calendar days

ORDER QUANTITIES

The Quick Ship program is not meant to support "Job Lot" quantities. The program has been designed to support our day to day business. For project work, we ask each customer to quote Non-Quick Ship lead times as to not consume excessive inventory. We reserve the right to partial ship Quick Ship items on orders outside the normal order quantity patterns of our business.

OUT OF STOCKS

On occasion, we may have business issues that will cause an out of stock part. We will do our best to notify our sales network of these issues. Our Quick Ship program is not a guarantee of shelf stock. All lead times are subject to part availability.
